Application
For the drying of thermoplastic granules and regrind, independent of climate or ambient air conditions, before processing to remove all remaining moisture from the granules both inside and out.

The compact design allows to use the dryer directly on the processing machine.

Rugged, modular construction
colortronic dry air dryers operate on the principle of air expansion. Under this principle, compressed air is expanded to the atmospheric pressure.
Through this technology plastic granules can be dried down to -10 °C. The material can be heated up to 130 °C. Optional additional modules are available, which allow dew point temperatures of better than <nobr>-30 °C</nobr>.
