motan deepens partnership with nta Isny, Germany!


Fostering and retaining young talent: These are the principles currently guiding the motan group. The group is supporting the University of Applied Sciences Isny (nta) in Germany with a donation of 7,000 euro. The nta offers apprenticeships and degree courses as both a university and technical college.

The donation is the beginning of more intensive and close cooperation between the company and the educational institution. Planned are regular guest lectures by motan engineers and employees at the nta. In addition, open house events will offer apprentices and students the opportunity to gain insights into motan’s research and production departments. As a partner company, the company’s location in Isny will also offer a dual degree course with the nta University and will on more student interns.

The company is currently also running another project to foster and promote young talent: Every two years, motan holding gmbh awards the motan innovation award, short: mia. It is also aimed at students. The goal is to support innovative ideas and help pave the way to make these ideas reality. The motan group is one of the leading providers of sustainable materials handling of plastics in the areas injection moulding, blow moulding, extrusion and compounding world-wide.
